Refund Policy

Refunds & Replacements

We can only offer you a refund or replacement at no additional cost if it falls under the following criteria:

  • Item is damaged/defective upon arrival.
  • Item is soiled upon arrival.
  • The parcel has been lost in transit.

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item. Our store does not give refunds or replacements once an item has been in your possession for over 48 hours.

To complete your refund, we require proof of purchase. We also require photographic evidence of your damage/defective or soiled item. Once the evidence has been provided your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Megastore Center will not be held liable for packages that have been returned to sender.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24-hour window.

Please note that our shipping times are mentioned in each product description, hence all customers should be aware of this before completing an order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on the customer’s bank account.
